*CornerStone United*, a leading national Extended Service Plan administrator, has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster in an office environment. Daily task could include but not be limited to evaluating mechanical breakdown claims for some of the leading North American Manufactures.

Employment Opportunity Details: 
You would be part of a claims team working in fast paced office environment. Your daily tasks could include processing repair claims, helping customer resolve claims issues, and supporting the company goals. As a national service plan provider, we are looking for bi-lingual (English and French) candidates whenever possible.

What you would be doing: 
• Processing repair claims 
• Answering dealer and customer questions 
• Working as a part of team to complete daily assignments

What skills you will need: 
• *** Preferred (not required) English & French bi-lingual *** 
• Mechanical knowledge of motorized vehicles 
• Experience/interest in the automotive, small engine or warranty industries 
• Positive attitude toward team work

Requirements for your success: 
• Excellent oral and written communications 
• Proven customer service skills 
• Computer knowledge using Windows: Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, and Excel 
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
