Enviroshake, a successful manufacturer located in Chatham, Ontario, has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in the search effort of a dynamic and proven Process Engineer to join their expanding facility. This is an exciting engineering opportunity for a candidate who is looking to be a part of an organization who values their employees while positioning for future growth.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for the effective evaluation of all existing production processes, while configuring manufacturing systems to reduce costs and cycle times. The Process Engineer will also be accountable for developing new and innovative process capabilities and solutions, while improving sustainability and developing best practices within the production process. The Process Engineer will maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while developing continuous improvement strategies to increase operational efficiencies which will enhance existing quality standards.   

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of successful manufacturing process engineering experience in a small to mid-sized organization.
• Engineering Degree – P Eng. designation preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience with quality engineering tools including; statistical analysis, DOE’s and other industry best practices.
• Strong knowledge of presses and plastics extrusion equipment.
• Knowledge and experience with plastic injection molding.
• Proven understanding and experience in lean manufacturing, ISO, and quality processes.
• Exceptional leadership and change management skills, with an ability to implement and manage effective process change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
