An expanding manufacturer of Precision Tooling, Dies and Special Machines has an IMMEDIATE opening for the following permanent position.
EXPERIENCED CNC PROGRAMMER
Our Tooling Department is looking to expand their capability and has an opportunity for adding an Experienced CNC Programmer.The successful candidate will have the following:
- 3-5 years programming experience.
- MUST have experience with Siemens NX Software on CAM Side to apply and be considered.
- Experience with 3D programming
- MUST have knowledge and experience of Die Manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Verification of dimensions and tolerances.
- Provide clear work instructions to machinists.
- Complete programs to meet aggressive schedules.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work overtime as required
- Must be available for all shifts as follows:2 weeks days/2 weeks afternoons; permanent afternoons; and modified weekend shift
Education: - Grade 12 Diploma
- College graduate or equivalent experience is preferred.
