Adecco is currently recruiting to fill several Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs in London, ON to start in September! Our client is looking for several customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team in London, ON. This client is located in East London on a bus route, and with east access to the 401. The successful candidates will be tasked with one of the most important jobs this client has to offer; providing outstanding support to customers. Rate of pay for this role is $11.25/hr - $13.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.
The responsibilities for these Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell customers on products offered by our client
- Meet monthly customer service and productivity targets
- Meet monthly sales targets, which has several opportunities to earn bonuses
Qualifications:
Bilingual: $12.25-$13.00/hour

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service sales role in a Call Centre or professional business environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfort & focus working to achieve set metrics & goals
- Strong computers skills including experience working with Windows and DOS based applications
- Typing speed of 30WPM
- Completion of high school or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish/ French an asset however not required
- Have a clear criminal record
- Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule between 10am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
