Responsibilities:

 •Assemble and install light and medium duty interior and exterior accessories on commercial vehicles

 •Install interior vehicle liner kits – focus on fit and finish

 •Limited amounts of custom sheet metal work

 •Small amounts of custom woodworking

 •Receive inbound freight shipments

 •Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers

 •Adhere to all installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services

 •Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions

 •Abide by all company policies and procedures

 •Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

 •Realize the Installers role as the personal representative of the company while in uniform and while driving the van and act accordingly

 •If qualified, welding of mounting systems and bracketry would be a benefit

 •Keep work station stocked with all necessary tools and job components

 •Responsible for the daily upkeep and security of the van

 •Take inventory of installation vehicle as required

 •Complete service calls to existing clients as required

 •Perform other duties as assigned



Compensation:

• Opportunity to grow with a reputable company

• $18-$23/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

 •High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education

 •G License would be considered an asset 

 •At least 6 months of previous vehicle repair, maintenance or installation experience 

 •Must be enthusiastic, have positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be a team player 

 •Great communication skills and the ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals

 •Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be remain calm and patient in stressful situations

 •Capable to work without supervision while having the confidence to make own decisions

 •Respect and care for tools and equipment and have a strong ability to trouble-shoot in unique situations

 •Fill in all required paperwork, work safely and effectively, and have an incredible attention to detail

 •Forklift license would be a benefit
