Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team near London, Ontario!

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting capital projects through proposals, project planning and management and will also lead and support asset maintenance, working with external contractors, engineering firms, and onsite maintenance staff. Your expertise will be vital in the support of manufacturing objectives including troubleshooting new and existing issues as well as improving systems and processes. Additionally, you will prepare new process documentation as well as design, install, and troubleshoot new equipment.

Requirements

You will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering complemented by demonstrated hands-on experience working and troubleshooting in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will have experience with high precision tolerances and measurement system analysis and are knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). You operate with a high degree of organization and creativity to problem solve and provide thorough solutions and have excellent technical writing abilities. You will also have the capacity to travel 10-25% of the time and may be fluent in both English and French.
