Payroll & Accounts Payable - Project Support

Working in a construction project management environment this role is responsible for:

Payroll
- Weekly payroll processing of approximately 85 employees within a project costing environment
- Setting up new employee files & maintaining existing employee files
- Ensure accurate pay rates per union contracts
- Completing various statutory reporting & ROEs when needed
- Other reporting as required

Accounts Payable
- Inputting project expenses for the purchases and consumption of materials, trucking, gravel, sub contractor and other site expenses
- Vendor maintenance & management
- Process monthly processing of vendor payments
- Month end responsibilities include: Union remittances, equipment fuel allocations, credit card review, vendor statement review
- Support project management with project cost reviews
