- Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements on a daily basis
- Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
- Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
- Teach and follow organizational process including lean manufacturing process where applicable
- Develop best practices to improve all department activities
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - post secondary preferred
- Strong Health & Safety experience and certifications preferred
- Previous experience dealing with health & safety incidents/reporting would be an asset
