The Director of Finance is responsible to direct and oversee the planning implementation and evaluation of all activities of Finance, Information Technology (IT) and Administration. The successful candidate will be required to lead and ensure effective processes related to stewardship, financial management and government reporting of Anago.
 
Qualifications:

• Professional Accounting Designation
• Five (5) years experience in a senior financial management role with proven experience in:
  • Financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation and forecasts
  • Information Technology
  • Non-profit accounting and related government reporting
  • Infrastructure requirements
  • Organizational development
• Be creative and offer innovative solutions to complex challenges as well as have the flexibility to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
• Be a collaborative and facilitative yet decisive leader coupled with good team building and problem solving skills
• Proven systems thinker with vision, strong strategic, effective judgment and analytical skills
• Have proven negotiation and diplomacy skills
• Be able to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, community and profession
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and computer literacy
• Ability to balance demands/priorities of workload, manage time effectively and operate within the framework of stated expectations
• Candidates must provide a current Police Records Check with Vulnerable Position Screening
