On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently recruiting for an
Administrative Support Clerk on a part-time, permanent basis.
Administrative Support Clerk on a part-time, permanent basis.
Job Duties:
- Perform basic office duties including filing, photocopying, etc.
- Reception duties
- Receiving and distributing mail, arranging for couriers
- Data entry; entering, altering and verifying data in a custom database
- Customer correspondence over the phone and via email
- Mass mail outs; printing, stuffing envelopes, stamping, etc.
- Pick, pack and ship product out to customers
- 2-3 years of experience of general administrative/office experience
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs easily
- Possess a friendly and professional telephone presence
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and strong communication skills
- Mathematically accurate with numbers
- Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
Two positions are available, one for each of the following shifts:
9:00am – 2:00pm
12:00pm – 5:00pm
Compensation: $11.50/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
