Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently recruiting for an
Administrative Support Clerk on a part-time, permanent basis.
 
Job Duties:
  • Perform basic office duties including filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Reception duties
  • Receiving and distributing mail, arranging for couriers
  • Data entry; entering, altering and verifying data in a custom database
  • Customer correspondence over the phone and via email
  • Mass mail outs; printing, stuffing envelopes, stamping, etc.
  • Pick, pack and ship product out to customers
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience of general administrative/office experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs easily
  • Possess a friendly and professional telephone presence
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task and strong communication skills
  • Mathematically accurate with numbers
  • Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week
Two positions are available, one for each of the following shifts:
9:00am – 2:00pm
12:00pm – 5:00pm

Compensation: $11.50/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
