Accounts Receivable Coordinator
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator makes an impact by collecting A/R accounts, preparing reports, reviewing daily credit card orders, and providing additional support to the Finance team for various projects. The A/R Coordinator interacts with our external customers as well as the following internal teams: Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Vendor Management. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefit package.

  • An opportunity to gather data and report your findings on customer payment histories and any negative trends
  • A well-rounded role where you prepare aging reports, assess new customer requests, and build and maintain positive relationships with customer Accounts payable representatives
 
What You Can Show Us
 
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in an Accounting , Finance, or Business related discipline 
  • Relevant work experience (A/R, collections, accounting)
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and history of making solid contributions to a team
