Responsibilities may include setting up rental equipment (Durable Medical Equipment) in clients’ homes, building equipment for sales persons, and conducting repairs on equipment at the warehouse, in client’s homes or in Retirement and Long Term Care Facilities.
May receive requests from External Sales persons, Inside Sales, the Mobility Warehouse Technician, and occasionally other Yurek Managers.

Rentals
Ensures that the rental fleet is kept in a presentable and usable condition by proper servicing techniques and rotation of stock into used equipment sales.
Equipment Servicing and Repairs

1. Provide thorough and accurate diagnosis of repairs
2. Submit repair quotes to ODSP and other third parties
3. Respond to requests quickly and keep clients apprised of repair status
4. Work with manufacturers on warranty claims
5. Assist External Sales develop sales opportunities through joint marketing opportunities e.g. tune-ups, regular service appointments at LTC and Retirement facilities, other community events, etc.
6. Deliver final builds to clients within assigned territory.
7. Maintains up to date training from equipment manufacturers.
8. Keeps the service areas in a safe and clean condition.

Experience

1. Four-five years of related experience.
2. Familiarity with suppliers and products is ideal.
3. Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Self-starter and able to communicate well with clients and staff.
5. Neat and well groomed.
6. Excellent math skills to prepare and produces invoices, quotes and receipts.
