Job Description
Armo Tool is steadily growing manufacturer of Precision Tooling, Dies and Special Machines and has been in operation since 1969. We are currently looking for the following position:
TOOL ROOM GRINDER OPERATOR
TOOL ROOM GRINDER OPERATOR
- Must have a minimum 5 years experience
- Must have experience with surface grinders, O.D./I.D. Grinders
- Experience with JIG Grinder and sink EDM an asset
- Hold tight tolerances in surfaces, slots, profiles, and squareness
- College courses relative to trade an asset but not necessary
- Willing to work both Days and Afternoon shifts as well as extended hours as needed
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with others
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Must have your own tools related to the trade
- Start Date: As soon as possible. Must be available to work both Day and Afternoon Shifts as well as extended hours as required.
