Job Description

Your Group Benefits London is a small rapidly expanding business in London Ontario. We are a group and health benefits consulting firm, a leading benefits provider in London focusing on companies with 1-100 employees. We serve a niche market providing the London & Strathroy Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan as well as providing quotes for other carriers.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are keen to work in a small dynamic sales environment where you will be dealing directly with our awesome clients, handling the administration, managing the office and implementing marketing ideas to promote the unique plan we offer. This is a key role so you will have a direct impact on the day to day operation and will be working directly with the owner of the company.

  • Delight our customers – Offer an exceptional experience at every opportunity, answer customer inquiries, train new administrators, deliver new booklets and schedule appointments
  • Surprise us with your creativity and innovation. Step out of the box, take the initiative to grow and develop the business by enhancing the client experience, sales and workflow process
  • Create group benefit plan quotes to meet the needs of the employer using a quote system
  • Add value at every step of the sales process. Ensure leads are tracked, and action taken at every critical stage using Sales Force program
  • Manage the office, ensure office expenses are on track and will question when necessary
  • Be open to be more actively involved in the sales process in the future
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service at every opportunity, answer inquiries, follow up, train new administrators on the online tools, deliver new booklets and schedule appointments. 
  • You excel at managing your time and know how to prioritize your  work
  • Life licensed or in the process of becoming life licensed. Our expectation would be that the candidate completes licensing once hired.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and the ability to stay on top of trends; self- directed learner
