DIE CAST OPERATORS – 30 minutes from London, ON

Our client is a global manufacturing leader who has a diversified client base across the construction, agricultural, transportation and the marine industries, not the automotive sector. They are currently searching for a DIE CAST MACHINE OPERATOR to join their team at their facility located approximately 30 minutes north of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a die casting machine that is highly automated.
• Inspect aluminum castings as they are produced.
• Maintain 6S and housekeeping of your area.
• Following all company and government health and safety requirements and practices.
• Assist a team of Die Setters, Process Technician and Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Leadership team to help with constant process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with die casting or heavy industrial manufacturing experience.
• Able to follow instructions and prioritize daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work 3 rotating shifts.
• Access to reliable transportation as this location is not on a bus route.
