Vari-Form Manufacturing Inc. is a leader in advanced tube hydroforming technology for the development and manufacture of products used by the automotive industry. Vari-Form has three facilities in Strathroy, Ontario and an additional site in Mexico. Vari-Form Manufacturing Inc., an affiliate of (FCA) Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V.

THE POSITION                     

• Generate, print, distribute, and close Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders.
• Update Emergency Work Order (EWO) spreadsheet by entering new EWO activities and closing EWO activities.
• Print and post maintenance graphs to the Team Boards and Orange Room.
• Create Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) with the assistance of the maintenance staff.
• Create One Point Lesson’s (OPL) with the assistance of the maintenance staff.
• Update or enter new assets into EAM.
• Put EAM asset numbers on all equipment.

• University or College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or working towards.
• Excel proficient.
• CAD or Solidworks experience preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
