We are looking for a well-rounded, unique individual who enjoys helping people in person and by phone. This position will start as part time with opportunity to go full time. Hours that you must be available are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekend work is also required occasionally for projects. This job needs someone with flexibility ready to work now. We will pay well for the right team mate. 

This is a systems care position providing support for end-users in business and at home. The right individual will have an opportunity to contribute and build the company long term. 

Must have skills: 
-Windows (All client versions including Windows 10) 
- Windows Server 2008, 2012 and Windows SBS Series 
- Microsoft Office (All versions including Office 2016) 
- Strong Outlook experience 
- Strong email troubleshooting experience with IMAP, POP3 and Exchange server 
- Virus, spyware and malware removal experience 
- Solid TCP/IP understanding 
- Microsoft networking experience within business 
- Router configuration and troubleshooting 
- Help Desk experience (prefer senior level) 
- Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung experience 
- Strong desire to please people 
- Excellent organizational skills 
- Willing to attend business networking events 
- Customer service experience 
- Great attention to detail 
- Must work well under pressure 
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company

This person will focus on business clients with some home visits. You must have three years working experience. You must own a vehicle and be willing to use it for this position. You must own a cell phone/smart phone that can be used with this position. Travel within London and surrounding areas. This position would suit an existing self employed tech who would consider joining forces with the drive to grow a corporation in all areas. 

We are looking for someone who thinks fast on their feet, has excellent troubleshooting skills, follows procedures and has a higher than average ability to stay organized.
