Job Description:	The Job Shoppe is seeking an experienced Supervisor for our valued client in the Woodstock area. The Supervisor MUST have experience in manufacturing along with 3 – 5 years in a leadership role. The incumbent will be responsible for training, directing and reviewing the performance of assigned teams to ensure congruence with company goals and objectives. Familiarity with scheduling, procurement of materials and business development strategies will be essential. The Supervisor will also need to have a sound knowledge of 5S, ISO procedures and Health and Safety regulations. Requirements & Qualifications:	MUST have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service Proven attention to detail with an eye for areas of improvement Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent teamwork skills including the ability to liaise between multiple departments, employees and customers The ability to manage competing priorities, often with deadlines Valid Drivers’ Licence with access to a reliable vehicle is required Must pass criminal background check, aptitude testing and premedical examination upon offer of employment
Education:	Minimum 2 year college diploma
Salary:	$13 - 16, depending on experience
