We are seeking a professional, high-energy Business Coordinator who has experience building relationships with business owners, creating partnerships and driving growth of a brand.
The Business Coordinator will build business opportunities by initiating, qualifying and closing sale with business and boutique owners. This position is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high performance, results-oriented culture. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Use a consultative selling approach with business owners to identify ways we can help them grow their business in the next six to twelve months
Take an entrepreneurial approach to their role by prospecting for leads, setting own appointments, generating referrals, networking and conducting market planning
Drive revenue to the company
Maintain primary point of contact relationship status with Clients
Report activity and results on a daily basis, weekly, monthly basis
Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
This position is 100% phone sales/email sales.
Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals. Over 80% of your leads will be cold calls.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualified leads and sell coaching as well as other RRI products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM

- Candidates must have at least 2 years proven sales success in the B2B environment
- Must have prior experience working with business owners
