Customer Service Development Trainer
StarTech.com is currently looking for a Customer Service Development Trainer to join our Customer Service team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
Reporting to the Program Lead, Training, the Customer Service Development Trainer will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of current programs, conducting quality audits, training and developing new and existing Customer Advisors and Technical Advisors, and providing coaching and follow up sessions as required.

- Formal education in adult learning techniques, complimented with experience in corporate training
- Exposure to Customer Service software (preferably NEC Unified Communications software)
- Strong analytical, organizational and Microsoft Office skills
