Marketing Student

Location: Exeter, ON

Position Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Write compelling content for our social media accounts, website, emails and other marketing collaterals

• Design graphics for social media postings, and advertising

• Implement Mainline and Short line Equipment advertising strategy.

• Assist with organizing all customer and staff events, and helping on the day of all events

• Handle all advertising inquiries

• Other duties and special projects as assigned

   

  Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently attending University or College, and working towards a degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc)

• Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and other related computer programs

• Strong analytical skills

• Exceptional attention to detail; excellent organization and time-management skills; able to handle tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills

• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Motivated, outgoing and a team player
