On behalf of our client we are recruiting for full-time temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. 
These positions are conveniently located on a bus route. 

Position: Full-time-Temporary 
Rate of Pay: $12.25 per hour to start 
Location: London, ON on a bus route 
Hours of Work: 10:00 a.m. earliest - 9:00 p.m. latest 

5 days a week which will include a Saturday or Sunday each week 

Duties: 

• Answering calls and assisting with customer inquiries 
• Provide exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers 
• Promotion and up-selling of current and new products 
• Meet monthly sales; customer service and productivity targets 

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service and sales role 
• Call centre experience an asset 
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute 
• Strong attention to detail 
• OSSD or equivalent
