Job Description
ADECCO is currently recruiting Full-Time Permanent Production Associates for our client in Ingersoll, ON. The shifts available are straight Afternoons and Midnights.
Job Description for the Production Associate position:
- Assist with assembly of front-end power train modules (engine, transmissions, rads, strut knuckles, etc) for various vehicles
- Assemble fabricated parts in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic power tools and lift assists
- Must be able to work in a high volume, Just-In-Time (JIT), and fast paced environment
Requirements for the Production Associate Job:
- Experience in an assembly/manufacturing/production environment an asset
- Mechanically inclined with excellent eye-hand coordination
- Must be attentive to detail
- Excellent attendance record
- Able to work mandatory Overtime
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be able to pass a Colour Blindness Assessment
- Flexibility to work either Afternoon or Midnight shifts
- Must be able to pass a Manual Dexterity test
- Must consent to a Criminal Background Check
