Job Description
Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This position has the potential to become permanent for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated and have an eagerness to learn.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
Receive, distribute and data entry of invoices.
Uploading of invoices into software system
Load and maintain simple rate quotes
Reconcile reports and profit centre requests
Other duties as requested including, filing, scanning, faxing of documents
Requirements:
Minimum of a College diploma or University degree
At least 5 years experience in Accounts Payable
Previous experience with QuickBooks
Superior computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
Advanced communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to multi-task and keep a high level of attention to detail
