London, ON
Looking for a IT Support Analyst for a 6 month contract
Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 1pm to 5pm
Some weekend project work may be required.
Skills needed:
- Windows 10 Pro
- Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019
- basic Microsoft networking understanding which includes dhcp, dns, tcp/ip and Active Directory
- an understanding of Microsoft 365 required
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 and Office 365
- previous experience working with business IT networks from a support stand point
- previous experience working with OneDrive, Sharepoint and DropBox helpful
- some previous customer service experience would be helpful
- must work well in front of strangers in stressful situations
- strong troubleshooting skills
- prefer someone experienced with previous IT consulting on site with clients
- must be adaptable to different business environments with varying personality types
- people person with desire to help
Job Details
- primarily will be responsible for first tier support either on site or remote
- travel required within London and surrounding areas
- responsible for IT support as calls come in and tickets assigned
- involvement with project work as required
- job does entail some admin work in the way of documenting tickets, researching solutions and/or
providing support documentation
- needs to have an eye for detail and excellent grammar skills
- training end users may be required
- needs their own vehicle and phone to use with work
