Job Description

On behalf of our client in the St Thomas area, we are currently recruiting for a
French/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis.

Duties (include but not limited to):

Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers while adhering to policies and procedures
Address customer complaints and respond to difficult inquiries
Process new accounts and update customer information as required
Schedule pick ups for customer accounts
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Manage and address concerns and questions pertaining to deliveries, traces, claims and invoicing
Provide customers and internal groups with effective and efficient customer service support
Proactively manage and resolve customer satisfaction issues

Requirements:

Customer service/inside sales experience
French/English bilingual
Demonstrated ability in self-motivation with the ability to work with limited supervision
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to work well within a team environment
Proficiency with MS Office Programs
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute

Hours

Monday to Friday; candidates must be flexible to work a steady 8 hour shift between 7:00am – 5:30pm

Compensation:

Starting salary $31,500
Competitive benefit package available upon completion of probationary period
