Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.

We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative. This role is a contract with the option of extension.

 

Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:

  • The successful candidate will establish and maintain customer relationships with the objective of influencing the sales cycle of Industrial products.
  • Promote a variety of products and services to potential or past clients.
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts.
  • Create and maintain goodwill with all customers.
  • Maintain a customer database to record customer information, call activity, actions, follow-ups and results.
  • The inside sales person will gain new business and execute competitive conversions.
  • Product demonstrations and training to external customers or partners such as distributors, end users or channel partner sales teams may be required.
  • This inside sales role will help to identify social selling tools (e.g. Linkedin, etc.) that assist in selling.
  • Through the use of these social selling tools and maximizing other e-business platforms, the inside sales person will create connections with industry and customers.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to use business systems and tools in order to capture business intelligence for further analysis by key stakeholders.
  • He / she will report on a regular basis all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitor activities and product performance information.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, or inside sales experience Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM management tool Preferred
  • Qualifications:
  • Bilingualism (English-French) is not essential but may be useful for this role.
  • Basic selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills , planning, administrative and coordinating skills, and analytical skills.
  • Required to use computers, including basic PC software, specialized sales software, and on-line sales support systems.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated, capacity to work in a fast-paced changing environment
