Membership Services Administrator

From its inception in 1898, the London & District Construction Association (LDCA) has brought together contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and many other firms associated with the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) construction industry. The LDCA is owned and governed by its members and serves to benefit not only our members, but also the entire South-Western Ontario construction industry and community at large. The LDCA is currently recruiting a person to work in our organization as the Member Services Administrator.

 

This is a front-line service delivery position. We are seeking that special person who wants to be part of a dynamic and positive organization. You will possess a desire to be a contributing part of a great team, who are very engaged and performing at a high level.

 

Job Purpose
 

The Member Services Administrator will deliver the full suite of services LDCA provides to members including:

  • Printing, scanning, photocopying and other document related services
  • Front-desk services
  • Member event services
  • Marketing and communications to and with members
  • Electronic Plans Room services
  • Other duties as required.

 

It is expected that the services are provided with a very high level of service quality, expertise and in a timely manner that meets the needs and expectations of members.

 

Key Skills and Competencies
 

Key skills to being successful in this position are:

  • Pleasant, positive and productive in interactions with members and co-workers
  • A self-starter and able to effectively deal with multiple priorities con-currently
  • Competent with various computer software programs (Office, Adobe, etc.)
  • Enjoys meeting new people and being in social situations
  • Detail oriented and error free.

 

The successful candidate will also be a key contributor, as part of the LDCA team, in the ongoing improvement of the LDCA service offerings and service quality and performance.

 

This is a full-time position, with benefits and standard day time work hours. We have flexibility in hours of work.
