Job Description

Talentcor is recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join a team of talent professionals.




 


Responsibilities:



  • Answer phones with good etiquette and direct calls

  • Scanning and photocopying

  • Ordering and tracking all office suppliers

  • Other administrative duties as required including inputting of listings, processing property sales etc.


Qualifications



  • 2+ Years of administrative experience

  • Post-secondary Education

  • Friendly and personable

  • Attention to details, especially with numbers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs, Excel Spreadsheets

  • Real-estate knowledge and experience is an asset
