Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Clerical Assistant on a contract basis.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
·         Document management; gathering, sending and distributing documents
·         Filing
·         Scanning (high volume of scanning)
·         Labeling
·         Process mail
·         Data entry
·         Provide backup reception as needed
·         Other clerical duties as assigned
·         Utilize computer software as needed
 
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative/clerical role
  • Must have good computer skills Microsoft Office including Excel; testing will be administered prior to the interview process
  • Must have above average communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be a quick learner and willing to start ASAP
  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor
  • Must be open to new job tasks daily
·         Ability to work independently and follow instructions well
 
Transportation: This position is NOT on a bus route, reliable transportation would be an asset
 
Compensation: $12/hour; paid weekly
