Job Description:	The Job Shoppe is seeking 2 experienced Team Leaders for our valued client in the Woodstock area. The Team Leader MUST have experience in manufacturing along with 1 - 2 years in a leadership role. The incumbent will be responsible for hands on training and supervision of associates. Familiarity with containment practices, work cell set up and work flow will be essential. As the incumbent will be charged with directing multiple associates and providing excellent customer service, sound communication skills are a must. The Team Leader will also need to have a practical understanding of 5S, ISO procedures and Health and Safety regulations. This opportunity offers potential for full-time, permanent employment with a fast-growing organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:	MUST have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service Proven attention to detail with the ability to note areas for improvement Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to manage different personalities Ability to work under pressure Valid Drivers’ Licence with access to a reliable vehicle is required Must pass criminal background check, aptitude testing and premedical examination upon offer of employment
Education:	Completion of grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
Salary:	$13 – 14, depending on experience
