Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Journeyperson: Tool & Die Maker OR Mold Maker
- a minimum of five (5) years' experience with Milling and Wire EDM machines
- experience using manual milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders, etc.
- experience interpreting blueprint dimensions and using measuring tools
- able to follow work rules and safety guidelines
- ability to read, write and speak in English
- ability to hold close tolerances up to .0002"
- a technical and hands-on approach
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with Fanuc Wire EDM machines
- experience with FANUC controlled CNC milling machines
- working knowledge of Surfcam and solid modeling

Job Description:
- set up and program CNC Milling and Wire EDM machines
- read blueprints
- create program files and generate setup sheets
- check machined parts using sine plates, micrometers, indicators, etc.
- meet rapidly changing schedules and maintain quality standards
- work various shifts
