A Social Media Account Manager at Diply helps clients grow their social media following and acts as a primary point of contact for a number of clients. You will manage and grow client's social pages and provide reporting, daily suggestions, and guidance to multiple teams for optimizing content across different platforms. We are looking for someone that is versed in the ways of the internet, knows what content works, and can bond with clients.
Skills and Experience
You have proven your ability to drive growth and meaningful engagement on social media especially Facebook. You have dealt with clients and often helping them was one of your favourite parts of the job.
You have amazing organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities at once – other people say it, we definitely mean it.
You can synthesize and communicate information quickly and have a sense of humor.
The Ideal Candidate
You love working with clients in order to help them grow
You know how to quickly grow social pages
You have experience with / are comfortable with managing client payments and finances
You excel are creating online conversations and buzz.
You know what’s going to be popular before it happens.
You are familiar with tools that measure traffic and give you insights. (GA, Facebook Insights)
Your use of hashtags is borderline inappropriate (#hashtagsforlife #hashtageverything #cannothavetoomany).
