We currently have the following position available in our Brampton location on Day & Afternoon shifts.

Day Shift shift (6:15 am - 2:15 pm)
Afternoon Shift (3:15 pm - 11:15 pm)

GENERAL LABOURER 

Prerequisites

• Candidate must be able to understand and practise Kanban, and FIFO methods
• No criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted

General Responsibilities 

• Participate in sorts as required per work instructions in an efficient manner.
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow.
• Understand the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
• Participate in safe work environment for fellow members.
• Forward suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Understanding of 5S
• Other relevant dutiesPass company medical

Direct Reponsibilities 

• Diligence and accuracy to work instruction parameters.
• Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Have a great safety record
• Have great communication skills
• Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling
• Be self-motivated, a  team player, and a fast learner
• Be able to work with minimal supervision

Shifts and Wages

• Successful applicants will be put on a straight shift. 
• The company offers a compettive wage and benefits package. Premiums are paid by both the employer and employee.
