Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Director Product Development, the Project Manager is responsible for the development of the product roadmap, driving essential product elements for product launch and maintaining the portfolio product lifecycle. The repair part product portfolio requires continual maintenance, innovation, market analysis and coordination between cross-functional departments.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Product roadmap development and implementation - continuous
  • Project Management – daily
  • Product lifecycle maintenance - daily
  • Development of business case proposals – as needed
  • Product subject matter expert – as needed
  • Member of Retail line review team – as needed
  • New product packaging development and implementation – as needed
Qualification:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience 
  • Applied project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven facilitator with mediation experience
  • Track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in group and individual settings  
  • Occasional travel required
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) credential desired
