Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator/Receptionist in Aylmer, ON to cover a maternity leave. As a Project Administrator/Receptionist, the ideal candidate will have strong administrative assistance experience in a manufacturing envrinoment. The salary for this role is $40,000/yr.
The responsibilities of the Project Administrator/Receptionist job include:
*Answer incoming calls from clients, suppliers and vendors
*Great vistors as they enter the client's site
*Order entry and manage change order requests as per customer requirements
*Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems
*Database and file management
*Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
*Assist with preparing new employee orientation packages
*Other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant in a manufacturing environment
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proactive planning and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Ability to respond to internal and external clients with diplomacy and professionalism
*Strong problem solving skills
*Advance computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, FrontPage and Outlook
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to type 40-50 wpms
