About Hardick Chiropractic Centre:

Our office was established in 1971.  Our team is comprised of 2 doctors and 6 team members.  Our clinical records are maintained electronically. 

We care for families and people of all ages.  While the majority of our patients seek our care for wellness and preventive purposes, hundreds more are helped with severe and complicated health issues.  We utilize corrective chiropractic care techniques which incorporate home care and regular progress assessments for our patients.  In addition to our chiropractic care services, Dr. B.J. Hardick teaches a minimum of 3 large seminars and 10 mid-sized workshops each year to the community as well as hosting a weekly radio show.  A core nutrition program is inclusive in every patient’s care and is managed by our nutrition program advisors.  For more information about Hardick Chiropractic Centre, Dr. B.J. Patient Care Team: Shared Client Services Responsibilities:

 

  • Human Relations
    • first contact with clients
    • patient and third-party correspondence on behalf of the clinic and doctors
    • internal and external marketing of health seminars, office and community events, and health screenings through email, radio, print and personal communications
    • patient education
  • Office Management and Organization
    • quality assurance for patient care (including home care education, reassessments and affiliate programs)
    • appointment schedule management
    • patient care technical assistance: X-ray development and electronic conversion
    • inventory management
  • Accounting
    • daily accounting (patient transactions, billing of accounts, bank deposits) 
    • weekly/monthly statistics and reports

  This position requires:

 

  • Outstanding human relations skills
  • Creative skills in marketing and communications
  • Experience handling client sales, financial transactions, and/or accounting
  • Above-average experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Keyboarding 40+ wpm
  • A passion for humanity and a desire to transform the world into a healthier place

The weekly commitment for this position is 40 hours.  Fixed hours run from Monday through Friday, with some staggered evenings and early mornings.  Additional and variable weekend hours are periodic, occurring with special events.  This is a permanent position.

Experience with chiropractic care (as a patient, or as an employee in a chiropractic facility) is recommended but not required.  A proven interest in holistic health care and/or personal well-being will benefit your application.
