EMPLOYMENT OPPPORTUNITY:
NORLON BUILDERS is seeking to hire a Junior Estimator. We are looking for individuals who are in the early stages of their estimating career and have previous experience in commercial construction projects or have recently graduated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solicit supplier quotations
- Perform quantity take-off from tender documents
- Assist Senior Estimator in tender preparation
- Aid in the preparation of project proposals including assisting with preparation of pre-qualification documents, design-build proposals, tender deliveries and attending pre-bid meetings as required
- Coordinate pre-construction services, including site plan and building permit applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree related to Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Engineering or related education
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite of products, including MS Project
- Ability to learn and expand knowledge base for greater performance and productivity
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
