Job Description
Our customer, an inbound customer focused call centre, is seeking several Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must be available Monday-Sunday 10am-9pm (5 days/week) or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-12am (weekends off).

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to inbound callers checking on existing orders, shipments and shipping information, back orders and order status.
- Handle all aspects of billing process and problems
- Offer product information and cover all aspects of customer processes and procedures
- Acts as a “Service Expert” ensuring to promote products and services based on client’s needs.
Your contributions:
- 1-2 years of customer service/call centre experience
- Outstanding “active” listening and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve on a case by case basis
- Must have a clear criminal background
- Education: minimum grade 12 or equivalent
- Bilingualism (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset
What Kelly Services will do for you:
- Pay rate of $11.25 per hour (Bilingual $13.00 per hour) + 4% vacation pay
