The candidate must be a multitasker with the ability to think on their feet.  You will be working in a team environment and must understand the importance of meeting deadlines.  Your main focus is on-time delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Accurately and efficiently enter orders.
• Follow up with issues on orders
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
• Problem solving, initiate alternative solutions.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Business College preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe
• Ability to learn and retain quickly.
• 2-3 years customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication abilities; both verbal and written.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Have the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast paced setting.
• Be adept at prioritizing workload.
