Job Description

This newly created position, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously developing processes and systems that support the organization’s HR functions.
The OD Manager will analyze current organizational processes and procedures and implement new and more effective practices to ensure the goals and objectives of the company are met. This will include; training assessments, competency and performance analysis, as well as providing coaching, mentoring, and training to all levels within the organization.
This role will be a true strategic partner within the facility and will assist in the HR strategy development and implementation.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of previous experience as an HR Leader within an automotive manufacturing facility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR with an MBA preferred
- Certificate in Organizational Development an asset
