Job Description
On behalf of our valued Client in the legal field, we are currently recruiting for a Full-time Estate Admin Clerk to start immediately.
Experience/Qualifications:
• 2-5 years in Estate Law and Private Lender Real Estate
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suites
• Advanced typing and data entry skills (speed and accuracy integral)
• Previous experience with Conveyancer
• Strong Communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines
• Maintain a professional demeanor, keeping confidentiality and using good discretion
• Must have flexibility in hours during peak periods
• University degree or College diploma in a related field
Compensation:
• To be determined – negotiable based on experience
