Express is recruiting a Shipping Administrator for our client in St Thomas, ON for a long term assignment! The pay range for this role is between $22.00-25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Support all aspects of customer service
• Receive and process purchase/sales orders and customer forecasts
• Schedule packaging of customer orders
• Schedule shipments to ensure on time delivery to the customer
• Prepare and validate the accuracy of shipping documents
• Process outbound shipments
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or order desk position in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with MS Office, experience with an ERP system preferred
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
