• Communications and public relations; build and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the center and practitioners
• Gathering information for events or marketing
• Create and/or attend tradeshows/events/networking events
• Engage in marketing, including health seminars, office and community events, and health screenings through email, radio, print and personal communications
• Educate and inspire the public about new natural health approaches to achieve full-potential health and well-being
• Creating and maintain marketing material including but not limited to brochures, flyers, ads, newsletters, promotions, blogs
• Create and maintain social media material and website
• Manage general inquiries from public
• Correspondence with email, mail, phone, in person and fax
• Setting up rooms for events, lectures and therapists as needed
• Other clerical duties as assigned

• Wellness facility promoting and practicing holistic health care
• Work within a team as well as independently
• Friendly faces, calm environment and a good place for a long-lasting career

• Minimum of a 2 year College diploma (marketing and communication or public relations, business, administrative courses preferred )
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a communications, marketing and event coordinating role
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with administrative related and social media tasks
• Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Must have a professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Exposure to holistic practices are beneficial but not required
• Previous experience in a wellness or medical facility is a great asset

• Candidates must be flexible to work both day and evening hours Monday through Saturday each week; Saturdays will primarily be during peak season and/or for special events.
