Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Production Associates for our very valued client.

These are temporary to permanent roles for qualifying individuals after 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Food processing, assembly and packaging in a fast paced environment

· Lifting 20-30 lbs can be required at times

· Adhering to strict Ontario food processing safety guidelines

· Interact in a team environment

· Other duties as required by your supervisor

Wage: $13.50/hr. + Afternoon shift premium of $1/hr. +4% Vacation pay weekly

Client also offers excellent financial incentive program offered for team efficiencies.

Must be flexible to shift hours being altered slightly due to client orders.

Skills and Requirements:

· Reliable transportation is a must

· Must be able to work overtime as needed

· Ability to check the quality of work

· Maintain and encourage a safe working environment

· Work as a team member in all situations
