Express is recruiting for a contract E-Commerce Technical Support position for our client in South London, ON!  This contract opportunity if for a minimum of 4 months.  The ideal candidate will strong hands on IT experience with preference given to experience in dropship and e-commerce environments.  You will be evaluated during your trial period for consideration of a permanent placement.

Express partners with companies that can demonstrate Covid 19 safety protocols and job site safety measures that comply with ministry guidelines to protect all workers.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Providing support to the IT Team Lead and Operations Team Lead.
• Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of most hardware or software malfunctions at the desktop level.
• Field incoming help requests.
• Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users.
• Execution of projects ranging across ERP, EDI, Database and E-Commerce environments
• Develop and maintain systems documentation
• Assist with other IT functions and administration as required.
• Other duties as required.

• 1-5 years of technical, hands-on experience, including in the following areas; troubleshooting, EDI, ERP and shipping compliance
• Previous experience in dropship and e-commerce environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
