Recruiter
Alliance iCommunications is a successful London based organization that provides exceptional telephone customer service and sales support to some of North America's most recognized and respected corporations and their customers. Our success is based on the commitment and skill of our talented employees who make up our winning team. Our environment is fast paced, client focused, creative and collaborative. As a result of our growing business, we are looking for a driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and play a critical role in the staffing of our contact centre with high performing and professional employees. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting and interviewing potential candidates from Customer Service Representatives and Sales Professionals, along with other management positions. We are looking for someone with the drive and passion for recruitment in all facets who wants to grow their career with Alliance.
Position Details:
- Work with campaign teams to develop candidate profiles
- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Developing job postings and job descriptions
- Prescreening, testing and interviewing applicants
- Delivering high quality contact centre candidates to meet campaign requirements
- Preparing candidate offer letters
- Conducting orientations
- Coordinating job fairs
- Employee relations
- Administrative duties
- Assist in market research of best practices and trends
- 1-2 years recruiting experience, previous call centre experience is an asset
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and legal requirements
- Experience sourcing high quality, professional and qualified candidates
- Sales background or experience recruiting top notch sale candidates is a must
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on a day shift with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Human Resources certificate, diploma or degree required
- Ability to work independently; self motivated
- Proactive, creative problem solver
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Team player with flexibility
- Strong multi-tasking skills and experience with deadlines and exceeding targets
- Ability to work with all levels of management to fulfill hiring needs
- Solid knowledge of business and best practice
