Job Description

Our Recruitment Manager will act as a role model and coach the recruitment team, demonstrates the ability to manage client accounts and communicate with candidates. They are proven problem solvers and are motivated by finding the right fit for every position.

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement effective recruitment strategies based on projected labour needs and work towards specific targets

- Coach, support, and train recruiters on company database, client accounts and recruitment process

- Drive candidate and client account accuracy by maintaining company database

- Communicate with clients to receive orders and develop timeline and understanding of positions, requirements and qualification and keep them informed about the progress towards their labour request

- Complete full cycle recruitment to effectively fill open positions and orders, occasionally backfilling within recruitment when needed to ensure effective workflow

- Perform group, one on one and telephone orientation and training to ensure candidate understanding of positions

- Liaise off site with plant managers, shift supervisors, and HR Managers to garner future recruitment needs

- Create and control daily shift scheduling for multiple clients

- Conduct employee performance reviews

Experience Required:

- Completed University degree , MBA an asset

- 2+ years in recruitment role coupled with 2+ years of managerial experience.

- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including, competitive market research, cold calling, internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates

- Constantly looking for ways to add value in addition to fostering an environment of open collaboration in regards to the recruiting process

- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment

- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome

- Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times - Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift

- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills and strong social media presence

The impact you'll have:

Our Recruitment Manager works closely with the Director of Recruitment. This position is responsible for providing the overall leadership in the achievement of recruitment operations, team goals and operational effectiveness in our London office.
