Our company is a large law firm in London Ontario. We currently have an opening for a full-time Senior Law Clerk in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury.

The main responsibilities for this position include:  

• Initial meetings and status updates with clients
• Day-to-day file management including reviewing letters received and responding to same
• Preparing letters to counsel and various other professionals
• Drafting legal documents such as Affidavit of Documents, Discovery Plans, Statements of Claim and Motions
• Review and summary of medical and rehabilitation documentation
• Preparation of Briefs, Mediation Memos and Pre-Trial Memorandums
• Handling all aspects of trial preparation

The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
