Job Description
Architectural Technologist / CAD Draftsperson
On behalf of our client in London we are sourcing for an experienced CAD Draftsperson to take on an opportunity with our client in North London that manufactures mobile and park homes for high end clients looking for affordable housing. Priority will be given to candidates with E Cabinets experience and design of small spaces.
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
- Architectural Technologist Diploma or related Civil OR CAD Related Program
- Experience with CAD is required and E-Cabinets would be a strong asset
- 3 to 5 Years working with AUTOCAD preparing full sets of working drawings, details and specifications
- New Product Development for mobile commercial and residential spaces
- Comfortable working in a small team or independently with fast changing priorities
- Knowledge of building products and exterior finish materials or cladding etc.
- Excellent design layout skill for development of small spaces
